Job Description
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take care of the cost and commercial aspects of civil projects from start to finish. You’ll work alongside project managers and engineers to ensure budgets are managed properly and financial information is clear and accurate.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets
- Managing variations, claims, and change orders
- Handling contract administration and commercial documentation
- Preparing monthly valuations, progress payments, and cost reports
- Coordinating with site teams, consultants, and clients
- Supporting management with reliable commercial and financial data
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil)
- Good knowledge of civil construction projects
- Solid understanding of cost control and contract procedures
- Clear communication and good coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
