Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who knows the commercial side of civil projects well and can confidently manage costs, contracts, and budgets from start to finish.

About the Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play an important role in keeping projects financially on track. You’ll work closely with project managers and site teams, making sure costs are controlled, variations are managed properly, and reports are accurate and timely.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs for civil projects
- Monitoring project costs and controlling expenditures
- Managing contracts, variations, and claims
- Preparing monthly valuations, cost reports, and final accounts
- Coordinating with engineers, site teams, and management
- Supporting decision-making with clear commercial and financial input
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil)
- Strong background in civil construction projects
- Good knowledge of cost control, contracts, and commercial processes
- Strong reporting, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Professional approach with attention to detail
