Full-Time Senior Quantity Surveyor – Qatar | Exciting Opportunity in the Construction Industry
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Qatar and play a key role in delivering successful construction and infrastructure projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare cost estimates, project budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Monitor project costs and ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage contracts, variations, claims, and final accounts
- Handle quantity take-offs and support project valuations and financial reporting
- Assist with tendering, subcontractor evaluations, and procurement activities
- Provide commercial and contractual guidance to project teams and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual requirements and industry standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in construction, infrastructure, or MEP projects
- Strong understanding of cost management, contract administration, and commercial processes
- Knowledge of FIDIC contracts will be an added advantage
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software
