About the Role
As our Site Engineer, you’ll be an important part of daily site operations. You’ll help guide construction activities, coordinate with supervisors and workers, and make sure work is completed according to drawings and project plans.
You’ll also work closely with project managers and QA/QC teams to maintain quality standards, solve technical issues, and keep progress on track. This is a field-based role that suits someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced site environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting daily site activities and construction progress
• Coordinating with supervisors, subcontractors, and site workers
• Making sure work follows approved drawings and specifications
• Helping with planning, scheduling, and progress updates
• Monitoring materials, manpower, and productivity on-site
• Assisting with quality checks and site inspections
• Helping resolve technical issues and site challenges
• Preparing basic site reports and documentation
• Ensuring safety rules are followed at all times
• Keeping regular communication with project managers and engineering teams
What We’re Looking For
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in a site engineering role is preferred
• Good understanding of construction work and site coordination
• Comfortable working with different teams on-site
• Strong communication and basic reporting skills
• Organized, responsible, and detail-focused
• Willing to work on-site and meet project deadlines
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
