About the Role
As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse and ensuring smooth inventory operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and capable of handling materials efficiently while keeping proper records and maintaining stock accuracy.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and coordinating with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse and store activities
- Receive and inspect incoming materials and deliveries
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records
- Ensure materials are stored safely and systematically
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages when necessary
- Handle material issuance and update stock movements
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock verification
- Prepare reports related to inventory and warehouse operations
- Coordinate with purchasing and logistics departments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization inside the warehouse
- Follow company safety procedures and storage standards
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Store Keeper or warehouse experience
- Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control
- Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory software is preferred
- Basic computer skills including MS Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently
- UAE/GCC experience will be considered an advantage
