Job Description
We’re currently looking for an experienced and detail-focused Structural Draftsman to join our engineering team and support offshore projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys turning structural designs into clear, accurate drawings and working closely with engineers to bring offshore projects to life.

About the Role
As our Structural Draftsman, you’ll be responsible for preparing detailed structural drawings used for fabrication, construction, and installation on offshore projects. You’ll work closely with structural engineers and project teams to make sure every drawing meets technical standards and project requirements.
This role is perfect for someone who is organized, technically strong, and enjoys being part of an active engineering team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare clear and accurate structural drawings for offshore projects
- Develop fabrication, construction, and installation drawings
- Read and understand engineering sketches, calculations, and specifications
- Update drawings based on design changes and engineer feedback
- Make sure all drawings follow offshore standards and project guidelines
- Keep drawing files well organized and up to date
- Review drawings carefully to ensure quality and accuracy
- Support engineers and project teams with timely drafting work
- Help with drawing schedules and material take-offs when needed
- Take part in coordination meetings and technical reviews
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working as a Structural Draftsman
- Offshore or marine project experience is a strong advantage
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and structural drafting tools
- Ability to read and understand structural drawings and calculations
- Experience producing fabrication and construction drawings
- Strong attention to detail and good time management
- Comfortable handling multiple drawings at the same time
- Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Able to work independently and meet project deadlines
