We’re on the lookout for an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team in Qatar. If you have a solid background in structural design, construction projects, or oil & gas engineering, and you enjoy being involved from planning through to execution, this could be a great fit for you.
This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in delivering safe, efficient, and well-executed structures while working closely with project teams on-site and in the office.
What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll be handling both design and site-related responsibilities. Your day-to-day work will include:
- Designing and reviewing structural systems for buildings, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects
- Checking drawings, calculations, and material specifications to ensure everything meets project standards
- Working closely with project managers, site engineers, and other disciplines to keep things running smoothly
- Visiting project sites to monitor progress, solve technical issues, and ensure quality
- Making sure all work aligns with Qatar regulations, international codes, and safety standards
- Suggesting practical solutions to improve efficiency, cost, and performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- Around 5–8 years of hands-on experience in structural engineering
- Experience in oil & gas, construction, or large infrastructure projects is a strong advantage
- Familiar with tools like ETABS, STAAD, SAFE, SAP2000, or similar software
- Good understanding of concrete and steel structures, foundations, and structural detailing
- Someone who can communicate well, work with teams, and handle project deadlines confidently
