Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and confident Structural Engineer to join our construction team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys tackling technical challenges, takes structural safety seriously, and can balance both design work and on-site support.

About the Role
In this role, you’ll handle a wide range of structural engineering tasks. You’ll work on both temporary works and permanent structures, review drawings, assess risks, and provide clear technical solutions to support safe and efficient construction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform and check structural calculations for temporary works such as scaffolding, formwork, and shoring
- Review and support permanent structural works and site modifications
- Study architectural and structural drawings and shop drawings to ensure they can be safely built
- Carry out structural safety checks and stability assessments on site
- Provide quick, practical engineering solutions when technical issues arise
- Act as the technical link between the design team and site team, making sure the design intent is followed
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- At least 5 years of construction experience, with 2+ years in structural design
- Strong knowledge of temporary works design and structural fundamentals
- Experience using structural analysis software such as MIDAS, SAP2000, or STAAD.Pro
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Confident, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on active construction sites
