Job Description
We’re urgently looking for a Supervisor to join a painting and maintenance company in Dubai. If you have experience managing site work and handling teams, this could be a great opportunity for you.
This role is ideal for someone who is practical, organized, and comfortable working on-site while making sure everything runs smoothly.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily site work, making sure painting and maintenance tasks are completed properly and on time.
You’ll be working closely with workers, clients, and management, so being able to coordinate and communicate clearly will be important.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising painting and maintenance work on-site
- Managing and guiding workers and technicians
- Planning daily work and ensuring tasks are completed on time
- Checking the quality of work and finishing
- Making sure all work follows safety and company standards
- Coordinating with clients and team members
- Preparing simple daily updates and reports
- Managing materials, tools, and site requirements
- Handling any issues on-site and resolving them quickly
Experience That Will Help You
- Working on villa, apartment, or building maintenance projects
- Experience in painting, repairs, or renovation work
- Handling multiple sites or teams
- Basic understanding of site safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Supervisor or Site Supervisor
- Background in painting, maintenance, or similar work
- Ability to manage teams and handle site responsibilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
- UAE Driving License is preferred
