We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Technical Civil Engineer to join our team. If you enjoy working on real-world construction and infrastructure projects, solving technical challenges, and being part of a collaborative environment, this could be a great fit for you.
In this role, you’ll be closely involved in the technical side of projects—from reviewing drawings and documents to supporting site teams and ensuring everything runs according to plan. You’ll play an important role in maintaining quality, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reviewing engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documents with attention to detail
- Supporting project teams with technical inputs and practical solutions
- Coordinating with engineers, consultants, and site staff to keep projects on track
- Preparing reports, method statements, and necessary documentation
- Visiting project sites when needed to monitor progress and ensure quality standards
- Assisting with quantities, estimations, and tender-related tasks
- Identifying issues early and helping resolve them efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Around 3–5 years of hands-on experience in construction or civil engineering projects
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to read and interpret drawings
- Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD or other engineering software
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage tasks within deadlines
