Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Testing Coordinator / Site Testing Engineer to join our team for an HV substation project in the Jeddah area. This is a contract-based role, perfect for professionals who already have strong SEC substation experience and are comfortable working on active project sites.

About the Role
As a Testing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all on-site testing and pre-commissioning activities. You’ll work closely with project engineers, contractors, and client representatives to ensure every system is tested properly and meets SEC standards.
Your day-to-day work will include planning testing schedules, coordinating manpower and equipment, preparing reports, and maintaining proper documentation for approvals. You’ll also support commissioning activities and help resolve technical issues that may arise during testing.
This role requires strong coordination skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently while meeting project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise all on-site testing activities
- Prepare testing plans, schedules, and procedures
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and client teams
- Ensure testing is carried out safely and in line with SEC standards
- Review test results and prepare technical reports
- Support commissioning works and troubleshoot technical issues
- Maintain accurate documentation for inspections and approvals
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed at all times
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in SEC Substation Projects (or SEC-approved projects)
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership is mandatory
- Good understanding of HV substation testing and commissioning
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently on site
- Comfortable working under tight project timelines
