We’re looking for a confident and experienced Ticketing Officer / Supervisor to join our team at Five Rivers Travels. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys the travel industry, understands airline ticketing inside out, and knows how to take care of clients from the first inquiry to final ticket issuance.

About the Role
As a Ticketing Officer / Supervisor, you’ll handle airline reservations and ticketing while making sure every client receives smooth and professional service. You’ll support walk-in and regular customers, help grow sales, and assist the team during busy seasons.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling airline reservations and ticket issuance using Sabre GDS
- Guiding clients on flight options, fares, routes, and travel plans
- Managing bookings, changes, cancellations, refunds, and re-issues efficiently
- Assisting walk-in customers and handling inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, and in person
- Building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Making sure all work follows airline rules, IATA guidelines, and company procedures
- Supporting the team during peak periods and promotional activities
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in airline ticketing at a reputable travel agency
- Strong, practical knowledge of Sabre GDS (fare quoting, ticketing, and PNR handling)
- A proven sales background with an existing personal client base
- Friendly, patient, and professional customer service skills
- Strong communication skills in English (Tagalog / Filipino is a big advantage)
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Transferable Iqama is preferred
