Job Description
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Commissioning Manager who knows how to take a project from the final stages of construction all the way through to a smooth and successful start-up. If you’ve spent years working on Oil & Gas or EPC projects and enjoy being right at the heart of project delivery, this could be a great fit.
In this role, you’ll be leading the full commissioning process—making sure every system is tested, verified, and handed over exactly as it should be. It’s a hands-on leadership position where you’ll work closely with engineering teams, site crews, and stakeholders to keep everything running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll take charge of all pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities, ensuring everything is planned and executed properly. From mechanical completion and flushing to testing and final handover, you’ll make sure each stage is completed to the highest standards.
You’ll also:
- Plan and organize commissioning schedules and procedures
- Coordinate daily with engineering, construction, and QA/QC teams
- Keep a close eye on safety, ensuring all HSE standards are followed
- Guide and support your team on-site, making sure everyone is aligned
- Troubleshoot issues, solve problems quickly, and keep progress on track
- Handle documentation, reporting, and final project handover
What We’re Looking For:
- 10–15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas or EPC projects
- Strong background in pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up
- Solid hands-on experience with mechanical completion, flushing, and testing
- Good understanding of API / ASME standards and HSE practices
- Experience managing large-scale projects and site teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in the GCC or Saudi Arabia is a big plus
