Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Offshore Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing business with shipping companies, vessel operators, offshore contractors, and ship chandlers. You will play an important role in expanding our customer network, promoting our FMCG product range, and ensuring clients receive outstanding service from inquiry to delivery.
This position is ideal for someone who understands the offshore and maritime market, enjoys meeting clients, and is motivated by achieving sales targets and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping companies, offshore clients, vessel operators, and marine industry customers.
- Promote and sell FMCG products to clients within the offshore, marine, and ship chandling sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively develop a strong pipeline of potential customers.
- Visit clients regularly to understand their requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Work closely with logistics, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
- Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the company.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term business partnerships.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in FMCG sales, marine sales, ship handling, offshore sales, or a related field.
- Good understanding of the UAE shipping, maritime, and offshore industries.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in negotiating and closing business deals.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Experience using ERP or CRM systems will be an added advantage.
- A UAE driving licence is preferred.
