Job Description
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and confident Project Manager who knows how to turn plans into successful outcomes. If you’ve spent years leading projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish, this could be the right opportunity for you.
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of project delivery—making sure timelines are met, budgets are controlled, and quality standards are never compromised. You’ll be working closely with clients, consultants, and on-site teams, so strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking charge of projects from the initial planning stage all the way through to completion
- Preparing clear project plans, timelines, and resource strategies
- Coordinating with design teams, site engineers, and contractors to keep everything aligned
- Monitoring progress, managing budgets, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Making sure all work meets safety standards, quality expectations, and project requirements
- Identifying potential risks early and handling challenges before they escalate
- Keeping stakeholders informed with regular updates and progress reports
- Ensuring proper documentation and smooth project handover
What We’re Looking For
- A valid PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent
- Around 15 years of overall experience in project management, design, and supervision
- At least 5 years in a similar leadership role managing comparable projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and make confident decisions
- Hands-on experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects
- Comfortable working with different teams and managing multiple priorities
- Good understanding of project management tools and reporting systems
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
It’s a Plus If You Have
- Experience working on large-scale or government projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC
- Familiarity with project frameworks, risk management, or contract standards like FIDIC
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively
