Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Manager – QHSE to join our growing team. We are searching for a professional who can take full responsibility for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental operations while helping us maintain the highest standards across all projects and business activities.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong experience in QHSE management, especially within construction, oil & gas, facility management, engineering, or large industrial operations. As a Manager – QHSE, you will play an important role in creating and maintaining a positive safety culture throughout the organization. You will work closely with management teams, project departments, and operational staff to ensure all safety procedures, quality standards, and environmental regulations are properly followed.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all QHSE-related activities across the organization
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and international standards
- Implement and maintain Integrated Management Systems (IMS)
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Review and update QHSE procedures, manuals, and policies whenever required
- Support project teams in maintaining safe and efficient work environments
- Organize safety awareness programs, training sessions, and toolbox talks
- Prepare reports related to safety performance, compliance, and operational improvements
- Promote continuous improvement and encourage a strong safety-first culture across all departments
Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in QHSE management
- Previous experience working in large organizations with 10,000+ employees
- Strong understanding of ISO standards and Integrated Management Systems
- Experience in construction, oil & gas, facility management, or industrial sectors preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and business units effectively
- GCC experience will be an added advantage
- NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor, or similar certifications are preferred
