We are looking for a skilled and passionate Female Barista / Coffee Maker to become part of our friendly and professional team.
We are searching for someone who not only knows how to make excellent coffee but also brings positive energy, creativity, and a welcoming attitude to the workplace. If you have experience preparing specialty coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining high hygiene standards, and ensuring every customer receives quality service and beautifully prepared drinks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing coffee beverages such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, mocha, iced coffee, and other specialty drinks
- Operating coffee machines and café equipment confidently and safely
- Creating attractive beverage presentations and basic latte art
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment
- Ensuring ingredients and supplies are properly stocked and fresh
- Assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Supporting daily café operations and maintaining smooth workflow
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Barista or Coffee Maker
- Female candidates are preferred for this position
- Good understanding of coffee preparation and café operations
- Friendly personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently during busy hours
- Passion for coffee, hospitality, and customer service
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
- Candidates currently available in the UAE will have an advantage
