Full-Time Urgent Hiring: Architectural Quantity Surveyor – Saudi Arabia
Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. If you have strong hands-on experience in Saudi or Gulf construction projects and understand the commercial side of architectural works, this could be a great opportunity for you.
We’re looking for someone confident, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to ongoing building projects. Candidates who are available to join soon will be given preference.
Important: Sponsorship transfer can be arranged after successfully completing 3 months of probation. Candidates who are comfortable with this condition and ready to join early will be prioritized.
Applicants with previous experience working for construction companies in Saudi Arabia will have an added advantage.
About the Role
As an Architectural Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing project costs from the initial stage through completion. Your role will involve preparing quantity take-offs, reviewing drawings, managing budgets, and supporting contract and commercial processes.
You’ll work closely with engineers, architects, project managers, and site teams to ensure financial efficiency while maintaining project quality and timelines.
This position is ideal for someone who understands the Saudi construction environment and can confidently handle cost control responsibilities in building projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates
• Reviewing drawings and specifications for accuracy
• Monitoring project budgets and tracking expenses
• Managing variations, claims, and final accounts
• Assisting with tendering and subcontractor evaluations
• Preparing progress valuations and payment documentation
• Coordinating with site teams to verify quantities and progress
• Maintaining proper commercial documentation
• Supporting contract administration processes
What We’re Looking For
• At least 8 years of experience in Saudi Arabia or Gulf projects (mandatory)
• Strong background in architectural quantity surveying
• Solid understanding of construction costing and budgeting
• Experience working with Saudi construction companies preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organized, professional, and reliable
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently
• Available to join at short notice (preferred)
