Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, and terminal handling operations within the Saudi market.

About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, bringing in transportation and logistics contracts, and building strong relationships with clients across different industries.
You will work closely with shipping lines, freight forwarders, industrial companies, importers, exporters, and warehouse operators to promote our logistics and transportation services. Your ability to understand customer requirements and provide reliable logistics solutions will play a major role in the company’s continued growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in logistics, transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, and terminal handling
- Build strong relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, import/export companies, manufacturers, and industrial clients
- Secure logistics handling contracts and transportation service agreements
- Visit ports, logistics hubs, industrial areas, and client locations to explore business opportunities
- Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and service agreements based on customer requirements
- Negotiate contracts and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely service execution
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management
- Monitor Saudi logistics market trends and stay updated on customer demands and industry developments
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, presentations, and client visits
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Saudi logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or warehousing industry
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi logistics market and business environment
- Proven experience in generating new business and bringing logistics contracts
- Good understanding of port operations, cargo handling, transportation services, and supply chain activities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively
- Arabic and English speaking skills are preferred
- Valid Saudi driving license is an added advantage
