Job Description
We are currently hiring experienced HSE Supervisors for a long-term Oil & Gas project based in Abqaiq, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for safety professionals who are confident managing site activities, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high HSE standards in demanding project environments.
If you have solid field experience and are ready for immediate deployment, this is a strong opportunity to join a stable and ongoing project.
About the Role
As an HSE Supervisor, you will take the lead in monitoring daily site safety activities and ensuring all operations are carried out according to approved HSE procedures.
You will work closely with project teams, supervisors, and workers to prevent incidents, identify risks, and promote a strong safety culture across the site. This role requires someone who is proactive, attentive to detail, and confident in enforcing safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily safety activities on site
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Perform routine inspections and hazard identification
- Ensure proper use of PPE at all times
- Monitor permit-to-work systems and compliance
- Record and report incidents, unsafe acts, and near misses
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and reports
- Support audits and client safety inspections
- Coordinate with management and site teams to maintain safe operations
Experience in Oil & Gas, refinery, pipeline, EPC, shutdown, or large industrial construction projects will be an advantage.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an HSE Supervisor or Safety Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of site safety procedures and HSE standards
- Ability to manage documentation and reporting requirements
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Immediate availability preferred
