We are currently looking for an experienced Piping Supervisor to join our team for an industrial piping project in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have practical experience supervising piping installation and construction activities, particularly in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial plant projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the piping team on-site and ensuring that installation work is carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, and safety procedures. The position requires someone who is confident working in a busy site environment and capable of coordinating with engineers, inspectors, and construction crews.

About the Role
As a Piping Supervisor, your main responsibility will be to oversee daily piping activities on the project site. You will guide the team during installation work, ensure that piping systems are installed correctly, and make sure the project is progressing according to the planned schedule.
You will work closely with project engineers, quality control inspectors, and safety teams to make sure that all piping work meets the required standards. The role requires someone who is organized, technically capable, and able to keep the team focused on completing tasks safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising Piping Installation
- Oversee piping installation and construction activities on-site
- Ensure work follows approved piping drawings and technical specifications
- Guide pipe fitters, welders, and construction crews during daily tasks
- Monitor progress and ensure work is completed according to the project timeline
Technical Coordination
- Read and interpret piping drawings and isometric drawings
- Prepare RLM (Request for Line Materials) when required
- Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to resolve technical issues
- Ensure correct installation procedures are followed on-site
Quality and Inspection Support
- Work closely with the quality control (QC) team during inspections
- Understand and assist in addressing QC punch points
- Support the preparation of test pack documentation related to piping systems
- Ensure installations meet the required quality standards
Safety and Worksite Compliance
- Ensure all piping activities follow site safety rules and regulations
- Promote safe working practices among workers and contractors
- Coordinate with safety officers to maintain a safe work environment
Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain basic records related to piping work progress
- Use Microsoft Excel for simple reporting and documentation
- Provide updates to project engineers or site management when required
Minimum Skills Required
- Ability to read and understand piping drawings and isometric drawings
- Experience preparing RLM (Request for Line Materials)
- Basic understanding of QC punch lists and inspection processes
- Familiarity with piping test pack documentation
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and tracking work
Required Certifications
Candidates must have the following valid certifications:
- OSHA Safety Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- First Aid Certification
These certifications help ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and site safety requirements.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in the following areas will have an advantage:
- Oil and gas piping projects
- Industrial plant piping installation
- Refinery or petrochemical construction projects
