Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and well-organized Warehouse & Inventory Officer to join our team. If you have strong hands-on experience managing warehouse operations and keeping inventory accurate and under control, this could be a great opportunity for you.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling day-to-day warehouse activities and making sure inventory records are always accurate. Your work will help ensure materials are received, stored, issued, and reported correctly and on time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Receive, check, and record incoming materials
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records
- Issue materials based on approved requests
- Carry out regular stock counts and resolve any differences
- Ensure materials are stored properly, labelled correctly, and handled safely
- Prepare inventory reports and stock summaries
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management
- Good knowledge of inventory systems, ERP software, and MS Excel
- Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred
- Transferable Iqama or immediate availability is an advantage
