we are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join its Human Resources team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting talented people with the right opportunities and helping organizations build strong, capable teams.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play an important role in finding and attracting the right professionals from the market to support the company’s projects and business operations. The position requires someone who understands modern recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing methods, and HR best practices, while also being familiar with Saudi labour regulations.
You will work closely with department leaders and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure the company hires people who can contribute positively to its long-term success.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to supporting their onboarding once hired.
You will help the organization identify the best talent by using different recruitment channels such as job portals, professional networks, industry contacts, and direct sourcing methods. The role also requires strong coordination with department managers to ensure that hiring decisions align with the company’s project requirements and growth plans.
Beyond recruitment, you may also contribute to workforce planning, employee performance monitoring, and talent development initiatives, helping the organization maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
This role suits someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to final hiring decisions
- Identify potential candidates through job portals, recruitment platforms, and professional networks
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and evaluations
- Work closely with department managers to understand staffing needs and project requirements
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified professionals
- Ensure recruitment practices follow Saudi labor laws and company HR policies
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment reports, and HR documentation
- Support the onboarding process for newly hired employees
- Build professional networks to identify and attract high-quality talent from the market
- Assist HR leadership with workforce planning and recruitment forecasting
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment management, or human resources
- Strong experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment coordination
- Good understanding of Saudi labour laws and HR compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks at the same time
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive approach to finding and attracting the right talent
