Full-Time Welding Inspection and QA/QC Manager Careers in Saudi Arabia
Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated QA/QC Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ASME Stamping, industrial quality management, welding inspections, and fabrication projects within the oil & gas, manufacturing, engineering, or heavy industrial sectors.
This role is best suited for a quality professional who can confidently manage complete QA/QC operations, maintain international quality standards, supervise inspections, and work closely with clients, inspectors, and project teams to ensure smooth and compliant project execution.
As a QA/QC Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the company’s quality standards across fabrication, pressure vessel manufacturing, piping, welding, and industrial operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities within the company
- Ensure compliance with ASME Codes, ASME Stamping requirements, and project quality standards
- Manage inspections related to pressure vessels, piping systems, welding activities, and fabrication works
- Review quality documents, welding procedures, inspection reports, and material certificates
- Coordinate with clients, third-party inspectors, consultants, and certification authorities
- Supervise QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and technical quality teams
- Conduct internal quality audits and monitor corrective actions when required
- Ensure all manufacturing and fabrication activities follow approved standards and procedures
- Support project teams in maintaining quality and compliance throughout project execution
- Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager in industrial, fabrication, manufacturing, EPC, or oil & gas companies
- Mandatory experience in ASME Stamping and ASME Code compliance
- Good knowledge of welding inspections, pressure vessel fabrication, piping systems, and industrial quality standards
- Strong understanding of QA/QC documentation and inspection procedures
- Ability to lead teams and manage quality-related activities independently
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Relevant certifications and technical qualifications will be an advantage
