JOBB GROUP FZE wants everyone to be able to use jobb.ae/, including people who use assistive technologies. This statement describes the standard we aim to meet, the measures we take and how to tell us about a problem.
1. Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. The website is designed and tested with this standard in mind.
2. Measures we take
- Semantic HTML with landmarks, a logical heading structure and a “Skip to content” link
- Colour combinations chosen to meet AA contrast ratios in both light and dark modes
- Visible focus indicators and full keyboard operation of menus, dialogs, sliders and forms
- Form fields with programmatic labels, clear error messages and status announcements
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images hidden from assistive technology
- Animation that is turned off when your device is set to reduce motion
- Full right-to-left layout and language attributes for Arabic content
- Text that can be resized up to 200% without loss of content
3. Known limitations
Some third-party content, such as embedded maps or social media widgets, may not fully meet our standard. Where possible we provide an accessible alternative, such as the written address and a link to directions. PDF documents published before an accessibility review may not be fully tagged; we will provide an accessible version on request.
4. Compatibility
The website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and with common screen readers and magnification tools. Older browsers may display a simplified layout.
5. Feedback and assistance
If you have difficulty using any part of the website, or need information in a different format, please contact us at support@jobb.ae or call +971 55 633 4090 (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM GST). Please tell us the page address and describe the problem. We will review your feedback and aim to respond within 5 business days.
