The challenge
Al Noor Residences was preparing to launch the second phase of a waterfront community — 240 apartments competing against larger developers with far bigger budgets. Their previous launch had generated plenty of leads, but most were unqualified, slow to follow up and impossible to trace back to a channel.
Investors from Saudi Arabia and Kuwait were a priority audience, yet all advertising had been in English, and the project website was a single brochure page with no tracking.
Our solution
We started by agreeing what a qualified lead meant with the sales team: budget, timeline and intent. That definition shaped every decision that followed.
Our web team built a fast, bilingual launch microsite with floor-plan explorers, payment-plan calculators and WhatsApp click-to-chat, all tracked through GA4 and server-side conversions. Media ran across Google Search, Meta, Snapchat and programmatic display, with separate Arabic and English creative and audiences for residents, GCC investors and brokers.
Every lead flowed into the CRM in real time with source data, and sales managers received WhatsApp alerts within seconds. Offline outcomes — site visits, reservations, sales — were imported back into the ad platforms so bidding optimised for buyers, not form fills.
The outcome
Phase two reserved ahead of the sales team’s forecast, and the developer now uses the same funnel framework for every new project.
