This policy explains how JOBB GROUP FZE communicates with clients, prospects, candidates and subscribers, and how you can control the messages you receive. We aim to send only relevant, expected communications and to respect your choices promptly.
1. Our commitments
- We send marketing emails only to people who have opted in or who have an existing business relationship with us, where the law permits
- Every marketing email identifies JOBB GROUP FZE as the sender and includes a working unsubscribe link
- We do not buy, rent or sell email lists
- We do not send unsolicited bulk SMS or WhatsApp messages
- Subject lines and content accurately describe the message
2. Types of communication
| Type | Examples | How to stop |
|---|---|---|
| Service messages | Replies to your inquiries, project updates, invoices | Cannot be switched off while an engagement or request is active |
| Newsletter | JOBB Insights — articles and event invitations | Unsubscribe link in every issue, or email us |
| Recruitment | Updates about an application you submitted | Withdraw your application by email |
| WhatsApp and phone | Conversations you start with us, or follow-ups you agreed to | Tell us “stop” at any time |
3. Unsubscribing
Use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or email support@jobb.ae with the subject “Unsubscribe”. We aim to process requests promptly and in any case within 10 business days. We may keep a minimal record of your address on a suppression list so that we do not contact you again.
4. Messages that appear to come from us
Criminals sometimes impersonate legitimate companies. We will never ask for passwords, card details or one-time codes by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and we will never change our payment details by email alone. If you receive a suspicious message that appears to come from JOBB GROUP, please do not respond — forward it to support@jobb.ae or call +971 55 633 4090.
5. Reporting spam sent through our website
Our forms use spam protection and rate limiting. If you believe our website is being misused to send unsolicited messages, please contact us so we can investigate.
