About the role
Join our technology team to build websites that look exceptional and perform even better. You will develop custom block themes, plugins and integrations for clients across the region, with a strong focus on performance, accessibility and right-to-left support.
What you will do
- Develop custom WordPress block themes, patterns and dynamic blocks
- Build and maintain plugins, REST integrations and WooCommerce customisations
- Implement bilingual, RTL-ready front ends with modern CSS and vanilla JavaScript
- Optimise Core Web Vitals, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and security
- Participate in code reviews, documentation and deployment workflows
What you bring
- Four or more years of professional WordPress development
- Strong PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS skills; experience with theme.json and the block editor
- Understanding of WordPress coding standards, security and performance best practices
- Experience with Git, CI/CD and staging workflows
- Experience with Polylang or WPML and RTL layouts is a plus
