Full-Time Accountant Job Opening Bahrain | ERP Tally VAT Experience Needed
Job Description
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-focused Accountant cum Office Admin to join our team in Bahrain. If you have hands-on experience with Tally, VAT, and day-to-day accounting, and you’re someone who enjoys keeping things organized and running smoothly, this could be a great fit for you.
This role is a mix of accounting and office administration, so you’ll be involved in both financial tasks and supporting daily office operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle daily accounting entries in Tally ERP with accuracy
- Take care of bank reconciliation and track financial transactions
- Prepare basic financial reports, P&L, and monthly summaries
- Manage VAT-related tasks, including filing and compliance (Bahrain VAT experience is important)
- Look after invoicing, payments, and follow-ups with clients or vendors
- Keep all documents, files, and records properly organized and updated
- Assist with monthly closing and audit preparation when needed
- Support general office admin tasks and coordination
- Use ERP systems for maintaining and tracking financial data
What We’re Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or similar roles
- Good working knowledge of Tally and VAT
- Experience handling bank reconciliation, reports, and daily accounts
- Familiar with ERP systems
- Strong organization and documentation skills
- Basic understanding of Bahrain VAT regulations (must-have)
- Someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, and can manage tasks independently
- Must be currently available in Bahrain
