We’re currently looking for a reliable and experienced Accounts Officer to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, stays organized, and feels confident handling accounting responsibilities in a fast-moving business environment.

About the Role
As our Accounts Officer, you’ll take care of day-to-day accounting activities while supporting VAT compliance, audits, payroll, budgeting, and reporting. You’ll work closely with management to make sure financial records are accurate, deadlines are met, and everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
This position suits professionals who have worked in busy environments such as retail or supermarkets and are comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Handling VAT working, filing, reporting, audits, and Phase 2 integration
• Managing internal and external audits (KSA experience required)
• Looking after daily accounts in a fast-paced setup
• Preparing final accounts, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets
• Supporting costing, budgeting, and financial planning
• Managing payables, vendor reconciliations, and documentation
• Assisting with payroll processing and employee payments
• Preparing monthly and annual financial reports
• Working on SAP or Odoo ERP for daily accounting and implementation tasks
• Keeping financial records organized and up to date
• Supporting management with financial data and analysis
• Making sure accounting standards and company procedures are followed
What We’re Looking For
• B.Com with at least 5 years of practical accounting experience
• Minimum 3 years of internal and external audit experience in KSA
• Strong exposure to VAT (working, filing, reporting, audit + Phase 2)
• Experience in retail or supermarket environments (KSA or Pakistan preferred)
• Good knowledge of Final Accounts, Costing, Budgeting, Payables, Payroll & Financial Reporting
• Hands-on experience with SAP or Odoo ERP
• Age between 25–35 years
• Valid transferable Iqama
• Available for immediate joining
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and dependable
• Professional attitude with the ability to work independently
