What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of daily office operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing reports, presentations, and official documents as needed
- Assisting with expense tracking, invoice processing, and basic reporting

- Helping improve overall office efficiency and administrative processes

What We’re Looking For
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Clear communication skills and a professional approach
- Native Arabic speaker with strong English language skills
- A reliable and detail-focused mindset
