About the Role
As a Jr. Refrigeration Engineer, you will support the installation, maintenance, and operation of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on exposure to commercial and industrial cooling projects while building your technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of refrigeration and HVAC systems.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for cooling equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration and air conditioning issues.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- Coordinate with technicians and project teams to ensure timely completion of work.
- Follow company safety procedures and industry standards at all times.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Refrigeration Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
- Good understanding of refrigeration systems, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and air conditioning equipment.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in refrigeration or HVAC projects will be an advantage.
