Job Description
We are currently looking for experienced and responsible Safety Officers . This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are passionate about workplace safety and want to build a stable career in the Gulf construction industry.
The project duration is expected to continue for approximately 3 years, offering job stability and professional growth for the right candidates. We are searching for safety professionals who can actively maintain high HSE standards, ensure safe working conditions, and support smooth project execution on-site.
What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate should have previous experience working as a Safety Officer in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects. Applicants should be familiar with site safety procedures, hazard identification, risk assessment, and daily HSE monitoring activities.
Candidates with Gulf experience and safety certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA will have an added advantage.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure all workers follow safety regulations
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions
- Carry out routine site inspections and report unsafe conditions
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment
- Prepare safety reports, inspection records, and incident documentation
- Coordinate with supervisors and project teams to maintain safe work practices
- Assist in implementing company HSE policies and procedures
- Help create a safe and accident-free working environment for all staff
