From planning and filming to editing and publishing, you’ll handle the full content journey. Along the way, you’ll also focus on optimizing content with the right keywords, trends, and strategies so it performs well across platforms.
It’s a role where creativity meets strategy, and both matter equally.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Shooting and editing professional-quality videos for promotions, branding, and campaigns
- Turning ideas into engaging stories and scripts that connect with the audience
- Creating content for platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Running and managing social media ad campaigns
- Making sure content is SEO-friendly so it reaches more people
- Keeping up with trends and creating short-form, engaging videos
- Tracking performance—what’s working, what’s not—and improving it
- Designing simple visuals like thumbnails or promotional creatives
- Working closely with teams to understand what needs to be communicated
- Making sure everything you create reflects the brand’s voice and style
What We’re Looking For
- Someone with real experience in video creation and editing
- Comfortable using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
- Good understanding of SEO, keywords, and how content performs online
- Experience with social media and paid ads is a big plus
- Ability to write scripts and tell a story that keeps people interested
- Experience with drone shooting is a bonus (license preferred)
- Someone who can manage time well and handle multiple projects
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail
Bonus Points If You Also Have
- Experience working on branding or marketing campaigns
- Basic design skills using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
- Understanding of how content turns into leads, engagement, and growth
