We’re on the lookout for an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor (Finishing Works) to join our team. If you have a strong background in stone, marble, tile, and interior finishing works, and enjoy managing site activities from start to finish, this could be the right opportunity for you.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for making sure everything on-site runs smoothly — from coordinating workers and materials to ensuring the work is completed on time and meets the required quality standards. You’ll be closely involved in day-to-day operations and play a key role in delivering successful finishing projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing daily site activities related to finishing works
- Supervising installation of marble, stone, tiles, and other finishes
- Ensuring all work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
- Managing workers, materials, and tools efficiently on-site
- Keeping track of project progress and meeting deadlines
- Taking site measurements and verifying quantities
- Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and project teams
- Checking the quality of work and ensuring proper finishing standards
- Making sure safety guidelines are followed at all times
- Handling site issues quickly and effectively
- Preparing simple daily progress reports
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–5 years of experience in site supervision, especially in finishing works
- Good knowledge of marble, tile, and stone installation
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- A practical, problem-solving mindset
- Focus on quality, safety, and timely completion of work
