Full-Time Architect Site Engineer Job – 10+ Years Villa Construction Experience Required

We are looking for an experienced Architect Site Engineer who knows how villa projects really work on site — not just on paper.
This role is for someone who has spent years working on large, high-quality villas, understands architectural drawings deeply, and enjoys being on site every day making sure things are done properly.

About the Role
You will be responsible for handling all architectural works on site, from early construction stages through finishing and final handover.
You’ll work closely with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site workers to make sure everything is built according to drawings, specifications, and client expectations.
This is a hands-on site role, not an office position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being present on site, guiding teams, checking work, and keeping quality high.
What You’ll Be Doing on Site
- Managing and supervising architectural works on large villa projects
- Reading and understanding architectural drawings, details, and specifications
- Coordinating daily work with subcontractors and site teams
- Overseeing finishing works such as plastering, tiling, painting, gypsum, stone, cladding, doors, windows, kitchens, and wardrobes
- Making sure materials and finishes match approved samples
- Checking quality regularly and correcting issues immediately
- Coordinating architectural works with civil and MEP teams
- Monitoring daily progress and helping the project stay on schedule
- Solving site problems quickly and practically
- Preparing simple progress updates for management
- Assisting during inspections, snagging, and final handover
What We’re Looking For
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- More than 10 years of experience, mainly on big villa construction projects
- Strong experience with architectural finishing and site execution
- Comfortable managing subcontractors and site labour
- Able to work independently and take responsibility on site
- Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude
- Detail-focused, organized, and quality-driven
