Job Description
We’re currently looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Jubail. This role is perfect for someone who understands the manpower supply business, knows how to connect with clients, and can confidently close deals.
If you’ve worked in recruitment, staffing, or manpower supply sales, and you enjoy building relationships and achieving targets, this could be a great opportunity for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reaching out to companies that need manpower supply services
- Building strong and long-term relationships with clients
- Meeting clients, understanding their requirements, and offering the right solutions
- Handling negotiations and closing contracts
- Working towards sales targets and growing the business
- Keeping track of market trends and new opportunities
- Coordinating with your team to make sure client needs are delivered smoothly
- Following up regularly to maintain good client relationships
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Background in manpower supply, recruitment, or staffing
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle clients confidently and close deals
- A strong client network in Saudi Arabia or GCC is a big plus
- Someone who is motivated, target-driven, and proactive
Preferred
- Experience working with Gulf clients or manpower companies
- Understanding of the local market in Saudi Arabia
- Candidates who can bring in business or existing client connections
