Full-Time Bahrain Hiring Accountant | LMRA GOSI Experience Needed

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our consultancy office in Diyar Al Muharraq, Bahrain on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the Role
As an Accountant, you’ll be handling the day-to-day financial activities of the office, making sure everything is accurate, up to date, and fully compliant with Bahrain regulations. Your role will be essential in keeping the financial side of the business running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take care of complete bookkeeping and daily accounting tasks
- Prepare and submit VAT returns as per Bahrain regulations
- Handle LMRA, GOSI, and other government-related processes
- Maintain proper financial records, reports, and documentation
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities
- Support financial reporting and audits when required
- Keep track of expenses and help with budgeting and cost control
- Ensure all work is compliant with local accounting standards and laws
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting within Bahrain or GCC (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, VAT filing, LMRA, and GOSI
- Experience in a consultancy or agency environment is a plus
- Familiar with accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, Soho, or similar
- Good understanding of financial reporting and compliance
- Someone who is organized, accurate, and able to manage deadlines
