Job Description
We’re looking for a Yard Supervisor who can confidently manage day-to-day yard activities, support project teams, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment. If you’re someone who enjoys keeping things organized, leading a team, and making sure operations run without delays, this role could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be at the centre of yard operations—making sure materials are where they need to be, when they need to be there.
- Make sure project teams receive materials on time without delays
- Oversee the daily flow of materials coming in and going out of the yard
- Keep track of inventory, ensuring everything is counted, recorded, and stored properly
- Check the condition of scaffolding materials and arrange maintenance when needed
- Coordinate deliveries and pickups with drivers and transport providers
- Review supplier invoices and ensure everything matches before approvals
- Maintain clear records for equipment, tools, vehicles, and machinery
Leading the Yard Team
You won’t just manage processes—you’ll lead people.
- Guide and support yard operatives, scaffolders, and drivers
- Assign daily tasks and keep the team focused on priorities
- Step in when needed with a hands-on approach
- Build a team culture that values responsibility, teamwork, and efficiency
Safety Comes First (QHSE)
Safety is a big part of this role, and you’ll be responsible for making sure everyone follows the right procedures.
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed on site
- Carry out regular checks, risk assessments, and safety briefings
- Make sure scaffolding materials are handled and stored safely
- Lead toolbox talks and keep safety awareness high
- Support audits and maintain required standards
Work Environment
This isn’t a desk-only job—you’ll be moving between the yard and the office.
- Based in Saudi Arabia, with visits to different yard locations
- A mix of outdoor supervision and office coordination
- Some days may start early or finish late depending on workload
- A hands-on role where being present on the ground really matters
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone practical, reliable, and confident in handling responsibility.
- Comfortable using MS Excel and SAP for tracking and reporting
- Good with numbers and understands cost control
- Clear communicator who can work with teams, suppliers, and management
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu (Arabic is a bonus)
- Holds a valid KSA driving license (forklift license is a plus)
Qualifications
- Minimum: High School Diploma
- Practical knowledge of scaffolding, yard operations, or construction logistics
