About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be involved in a variety of responsibilities, including:
• Coordinating communication between site teams and office departments
• Organizing schedules, meetings, and daily activities
• Supporting ongoing projects and following up on action items
• Preparing basic reports, emails, and documents
• Maintaining organized records and files
• Assisting supervisors and department heads when needed
• Helping new staff settle in by supporting onboarding tasks
• Working closely with different teams to meet deadlines
• Spotting workflow issues and helping improve processes
• Handling general administrative and coordination duties
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude and strong organizational skills, along with:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Business, or a related field
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Experience with basic office and administrative tasks
• The ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once
• A problem-solving approach with attention to detail
• Comfort using everyday office tools like email, documents, and spreadsheets
• Previous experience in a Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or Project Support role is a plus
• A professional, dependable, and team-focused attitude
