About the Role
As a Data Encoder, your main job will be to enter and manage product details and customer information in the system. You’ll need to make sure that all data is accurate, complete, and properly updated.
You will also review your work before submission, fix any mistakes, and check with other teams if any information is missing or unclear. The role requires someone who is focused, careful, and consistent in their work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Enter product and customer information into the system
- Check that all data is correct, complete, and properly formatted
- Review entries before submission to avoid errors
- Meet daily data entry targets and deadlines
- Identify and correct any mistakes or missing information
- Communicate with other teams when clarification is needed
- Keep records organized and up to date
- Follow company rules for data accuracy and confidentiality
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma in Computer Science / IT or any Bachelor’s Degree
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with data entry tasks
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Valid transferable Iqama (mandatory)
- Ready to join immediately
Extra Advantage
- Previous experience in data entry or office work
- Familiarity with Excel, Word, or similar tools
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
