We are currently looking for a careful and organized Data Entry Professional with basic knowledge of finance or accounting tasks to join our team in Al Khobar. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with numbers, documents, and financial records while supporting the finance department in daily administrative tasks.
The person in this role will help ensure that financial information is entered correctly into the system, documents are properly organized, and accounting records are maintained accurately. About the Role
As a Data Entry Professional, you will assist the finance team by entering financial information into the system and keeping accounting records well organized. You will work with documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and payment records, making sure all information is entered accurately and stored properly.
You may also communicate with other departments when additional information is needed to complete financial records. Your work will help ensure that the company’s financial data remains accurate and easy to access.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update financial data in the system
- Assist with preparing and recording invoices, purchase orders, and payment details
- Maintain organized accounting files and financial documents
- Support the finance team with daily accounting and administrative tasks
- Check data for accuracy and completeness
- Keep financial records updated and properly documented
- Coordinate with internal departments when information needs to be confirmed
- Ensure data entry tasks are completed accurately and on time
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Good typing speed and strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
