Full-Time Electrical Supervisor (PTW) Job – Construction and Oil and Gas Projects

We’re currently looking for an experienced and reliable Electrical Supervisor (PTW) to join our project team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working on site, leading electrical teams, and making sure work is completed safely and on time. If you’re hands-on, technically strong, and comfortable managing daily electrical activities, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As our Electrical Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day electrical work on site. You’ll work closely with engineers, technicians, and management to ensure installations are completed according to drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
You’ll guide electricians, support permit-to-work procedures, monitor progress, and help keep projects running smoothly. This is a practical, site-based role where leadership, organization, and attention to detail really matter.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Supervising daily electrical activities on site
• Leading electricians and technicians during installation and maintenance works
• Coordinating with engineers and project managers to meet schedules
• Making sure electrical work follows drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Supporting PTW procedures and ensuring safe working practices
• Monitoring site progress and reporting updates to management
• Managing manpower, tools, and materials to avoid delays
• Assisting with inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover
• Providing technical guidance to your team when needed
• Maintaining quality, productivity, and site discipline
• Helping resolve site issues and keeping work moving forward
What We’re Looking For
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
• PTW certification is preferred
• Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Electrical Site Supervisor
• Good knowledge of electrical installations, cable works, panels, terminations, and testing
• Ability to lead teams and manage site activities confidently
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Safety-focused mindset with attention to quality
• Comfortable working independently on active project sites
• Experience in construction or Oil & Gas projects is an added advantage
