Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Sales professional to join our growing Interior Design team. This role is perfect for someone who combines strong sales skills with a genuine interest in design, creativity, and luxury lifestyle products.
As part of our team, you will work closely with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and developers to provide tailored interior design solutions that transform ideas into reality.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Executive Sales professional, you will play a key role in driving business growth while building lasting relationships with clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Promoting and selling interior design services, luxury furniture, bespoke furnishings, and premium home décor solutions.
- Meeting potential clients, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable design solutions.
- Building strong relationships with homeowners, business owners, architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Working closely with the design team to create customized proposals that meet client expectations and project goals.
- Conducting client meetings, showroom presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits.
- Preparing quotations, proposals, and project presentations.
- Following up with leads and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to company growth.
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Staying up to date with the latest interior design trends, luxury furniture collections, materials, and industry developments.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is confident, professional, and passionate about both sales and design.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Design Sales, Luxury Furniture Sales, Home Décor Sales, Fit-Out Sales, or High-End Retail Sales.
- Proven ability to generate business and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand client needs.
- Good knowledge of interior design concepts, furniture products, materials, and finishes.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Arabic language skills will be considered an added advantage.
