Full-Time Experienced Cashier Required for Growing Company
Job Description
We Are Looking for an Experienced Cashier. Are you an experienced Cashier who enjoys working with customers, handling transactions accurately, and supporting daily business operations? We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing cash transactions, preparing invoices, processing sales orders, and assisting customers with their inquiries. You will work closely with our sales and accounts teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide excellent customer service.
Candidates who have experience in industrial products, trading companies, manufacturing, or distribution businesses will be given preference.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling daily cash and payment transactions accurately.
- Generating invoices, receipts, and other sales-related documents.
- Processing customer sales orders through the ERP system.
- Assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and payment-related questions.
- Maintaining accurate transaction records and documentation.
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely order processing.
- Reconciling cash collections and supporting basic accounting procedures.
- Ensuring all customer transactions are completed efficiently and professionally.
- Supporting administrative and sales-related activities when required.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Cashier.
- Previous experience in the industrial products sector is an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems and invoice generation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work accurately while managing multiple tasks.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
