We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager (Civil & Fit-Out) to join our team in Bahrain. If you’ve handled construction and interior fit-out projects in Bahrain before and enjoy leading teams on-site, this could be a great next step for you.
This role is all about taking ownership—making sure projects run smoothly from start to finish, keeping everything on track, and delivering quality work that meets client expectations.
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects
- Previous work experience in Bahrain is a must
- Strong understanding of site supervision and project coordination
- Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and contractors confidently
- Good leadership skills and the ability to guide teams effectively
- Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing projects from planning stage all the way to final handover
- Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients
- Keeping track of project progress and making sure deadlines are met
- Ensuring quality standards and safety practices are followed on-site
- Solving day-to-day site challenges and keeping work moving forward
- Monitoring costs and making sure everything stays within budget
- Providing regular updates and reports on project status
