We’re looking for an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to join our growing team and lead retail and interior fit-out projects across different sectors.

About the Role
As a Fit-Out Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of projects from the planning stage right through to final handover. Your role will involve coordinating people, managing timelines, monitoring budgets, and making sure every stage of the project is completed to a high standard.
You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, designers, suppliers, contractors, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and successfully.
What You’ll Be Doing
Project Planning & Coordination
- Planning and managing retail and interior fit-out projects from start to finish
- Preparing project schedules and setting realistic timelines
- Organising resources and ensuring work progresses according to plan
- Monitoring project milestones and keeping activities on track
Site Management
- Overseeing daily site operations and fit-out activities
- Making sure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
- Conducting regular site visits and progress reviews
- Monitoring workmanship and maintaining quality standards
- Addressing site issues quickly to avoid delays
Budget & Cost Management
- Preparing and monitoring project budgets
- Tracking project expenses and controlling costs
- Reviewing quotations and managing variations when required
- Ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets
Procurement & Logistics
- Coordinating procurement activities and material requirements
- Working with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitoring material availability and site logistics
- Ensuring materials and resources are available when needed
Client & Team Coordination
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and consultants
- Working closely with designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Providing regular project updates and progress reports
- Managing expectations and maintaining positive working relationships
- Leading and supporting site teams throughout the project
Health, Safety & Quality
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and according to company procedures
- Making sure quality standards are maintained throughout the project
- Promoting a safe and professional working environment
- Ensuring compliance with project requirements and local regulations

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Retail Fit-Out, Interior Fit-Out, or Construction Project Management
- Good understanding of project planning, budgeting, procurement, and site execution
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating different teams
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively
- Experience with MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar software is an advantage
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Professional certifications in Project Management will be an added advantage
- Previous experience managing projects from planning through to final handover
