Job Description
We’re currently looking for an experienced and dependable FM Supervisor to join our team. If you have a background in facilities management and enjoy leading teams while keeping operations running smoothly, this could be the right opportunity for you.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility activities, making sure everything from electrical systems to HVAC and plumbing is working as it should. You’ll also be guiding a team of technicians and ensuring tasks are completed safely and on time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing daily facility operations and making sure everything runs efficiently
- Supervising maintenance work across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Planning and following up on routine maintenance to avoid breakdowns
- Handling issues quickly when something goes wrong and ensuring minimal downtime
- Leading and supporting technicians on-site
- Carrying out regular inspections and making sure safety standards are followed
- Coordinating with vendors and contractors when needed
- Keeping records, reports, and maintenance updates organized
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a similar Facilities Management or FM Supervisor role
- Good understanding of MEP systems and general building maintenance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle site responsibilities confidently
- A practical, problem-solving approach to work
It’s a Plus If You Have:
- A diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Experience working in commercial buildings, residential properties, or industrial sites
- Familiarity with systems like BMS or modern facility tools
