Job Description
We are currently seeking a Factory Helper to support our daily production and operational activities. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who are eager to learn, develop new skills, and build a long-term career in the manufacturing industry.
As a Factory Helper, you will work closely with production teams, machine operators, and warehouse personnel to ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your contribution will play an important role in helping the company maintain high standards of productivity, quality, and workplace safety.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will assist with a variety of day-to-day factory activities, including:
• Supporting production teams with manufacturing and operational tasks
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials within the factory premises
• Assisting with packing, labeling, wrapping, and preparing products for dispatch
• Supplying production lines with the materials needed for daily operations
• Helping machine operators and supervisors as required
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Assisting with warehouse and inventory-related activities when necessary
• Following company procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Reporting any safety concerns or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
• Contributing to a positive and productive working environment
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
Ideal candidates should have:
• Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, manufacturing plant, or industrial environment (preferred but not mandatory)
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• The ability to perform physical tasks and manual work safely
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• A willingness to follow instructions and learn new processes
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
