About the Role
As an Accountant, you’ll be responsible for handling daily financial records while also managing inventory tracking and reconciliation. Your work will help ensure that all transactions are properly recorded and that stock records match actual inventory.
You’ll work closely with management and operations teams, helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintaining accurate bookkeeping records for daily transactions
- Managing inventory tracking and performing regular reconciliations
- Recording purchases, sales, expenses, and payments
- Updating accounting software with financial entries
- Preparing basic financial summaries and internal reports
- Monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory control
- Organizing documents and maintaining proper accounting files
- Assisting with month-end activities and routine checks
- Helping resolve any accounting or inventory discrepancies
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Comfortable using accounting software and Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
